Terms of Service

Welcome to SOUQ AL KHALEEJ ! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 2 days of the purchase or delivery date.
• Products must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
• All returns must be made at an authorized drop-off location.
• A restocking fee of AED 5 will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns:

• Product must be new and unused
• Returned within 2 days
• Processed through a drop-off location

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding the AED 5 restocking fee.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet the required conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged, or returned after the 2-day window will not be accepted for return or exchange.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the product is in returnable condition
• Returning the item within the specified time frame
• Dropping off the item at the designated location
