What is the return policy?
At Souq Al Khaleej, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges on eligible items within a specified period. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request an exchange by contacting our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Some items may be marked as Final Sale, which means they are not eligible for exchange. These typically include clearance items, limited-edition releases, and hygienic products (such as cosmetics or undergarments). Final Sale status will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. While most deliveries within the UAE arrive quickly, please note that in some cases, it may take up to 5–7 business days depending on order volume, location, or other logistics factors. You will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email as soon as your order has been dispatched
